- 6 eggs
- 200 g butter
- 370 g sugar
- 200 g white chocolate
- 220 g all purpose flour
- 40 g 35% cream
- 160 ml lemon juice
- 32 g lemon zeste
1- Preheat the oven to 160c. Butter the sides and bottom of a 9” by 9” square pan, and line it with cooking parchment paper.
2- On very low heat, melt together the chocolate and butter.
3- In a bowl, using a whisk, mix the eggs and sugar. Add the butter and melted chocolate and mix again.
4- Add the cream, the lemon juice and the zeste.
5- Finally add the flour just to incorporate.
6- Pour into the prepared pan and smooth with an offset spatula and bake for 30 minutes or until brownies begin to brown and crack on the surface.
7- Let the brownies cool completely, then lift them out of the pan using the parchment paper, and cut into squares and enjoy!
